29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a)  At 2751 Salt Drive, Lot 56 Summer Salt, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On March 23, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to operate a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection while performing siding activities exposing his employee to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:   a)  At 2751 Salt Drive, Lot 56 Summer Salt, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On March 23, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to perform siding activities from a pump jack scaffold without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of up to 13 feet 10 inches to the ground below..

29 CFR  1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards:    a)  At 2751 Salt Drive, Lot 56 Summer Salt, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On March 23, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to perform siding activities from a pump jack scaffold without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with scaffolds such as but not limited erecting / dismantling and the requirement to use fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of up to 13 feet 10 inches to the ground below..
