29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Job site, 1795 Broadhead Road, Coraopolis, PA: On or about March 14, 2022, during framing work on the second story of building 103, the employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate fall protection systems/devices where exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet.
