29 CFR  1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not provided or kept in a sanitary condition for employee use whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:  (a) RB  American Group LLC dba Arby's, at 18408 East 47th Avenue, Denver, CO 80249: On and before March 24, 2022, the employer did not provide protective equipment for employee use, in the form of cut resistant stainless steel mesh safety gloves, when employees were required to clean the Hobart 2912B Meat Slicer and Hobart HS9 Series Meat Slicer. This condition exposed employees to safety hazards such as lacerations and amputation.  (b) RB  American Group LLC dba Arby's, at 18408 East 47th Avenue, Denver, CO 80249: On and before March 24, 2022, the employer did not provide protective equipment for employee use, in the form of a safety apron, when employees were required to filter the oil of the Frymaster 31814GF Gas Fryer. This condition exposed employees to safety hazards such as a burns.  (c) RB  American Group LLC dba Arby's, at 18408 East 47th Avenue, Denver, CO 80249: On and before March 24, 2022, the employer did not ensure that protective equipment was kept in sanitary condition, in that the goggles employees are required to wear for filtering the oil of the Frymaster 31814GF Gas Fryer were covered with grease. This condition exposed employees to safety hazards such as burns and eye damage.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910:  (a) RB  American Group LLC dba Arby's, at 18408 East 47th Avenue, Denver, CO 80249: On and before March 24, 2022, the employer did not maintain working space of at least 3 feet in front of 3 separate 120 volt electrical panels located on the west wall, in that the panels were blocked by debris, materials, and equipment. This condition exposed employees to electrical and mechanical hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  (a) RB  American Group LLC dba Arby's, at 18408 East 47th Avenue, Denver, CO 80249: On and before March 24, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees had access to safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical they are required to use in the workplace, including, but not limited to, Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant, QSR Heavy Duty Multi-Purpose Sink Detergent, and Liquid Disinfectant Cleanser. This condition exposed employees to health hazards associated with corrosive and irritant chemicals.
