The employer had partial elements of a written program in a hazardous chemical document and a training that focused on hazardous waste.

Location: Main shop floor, 27 Carlisle Road, Westford, MA a) On or about March 24, 2022, safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical were not maintained at the worksite. A safety data sheet provided for a material in use at the facility did not match the description of the material viewed during the inspection.
