29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  The employer failed to protect employees from eye injuries associated with operating pneumatic nail guns and power tools. This was most recently documented on or about March 24, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 6406 213th St., Elkhorn Nebraska. An employee was operating a pneumatic nail gun while engaged in residential framing activities without the use of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting framing operations on a residential structure. This was most recently documented on or about March 24, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 6406 213th St., Elkhorn Nebraska. The exposed employees were working on the roof of the residential structure at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
