This was most recently documented on or about March 24, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 6406 213th St., Elkhorn Nebraska. An employee was operating a pneumatic nail gun while engaged in residential framing activities without the use of eye protection.

This was most recently documented on or about March 24, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 6406 213th St., Elkhorn Nebraska. The exposed employees were working on the roof of the residential structure at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
