On or about March 23, 2022, at a residential construction site located on 11110 Legume Ct. in Cypress, TX, employees were exposed to eye injuries while operating a pneumatic nail gun without wearing eye protective equipment.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about March 23, 2022, at a residential construction site located on 11110 Legume Ct. in Cypress, TX, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work on the roof of a two-story house without the use a fall protection system.
