29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. Location: Residential Roof On 10/28/2021, an employee fell from a height greater than six feet on a residential roofing project where the employee was hospitalized as a result of his injuries. OSHA was first notified of the accident by the injured employee's legal counsel on 3/23/2022
