29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 1301 North 27th St, Billings, MT: On or about March 21, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards at heights of approximately six feet to the ground below while working from a Genie Z60/34 Aerial lift at a commercial construction site without being tied to the boom or basket.
