New Florissant Road, Florissant: Employer is not providing required information to employees upon the employees entering employment and annually thereafter about the existence of employee medical and exposure records. On and about 03/25/2022, the employees who had medical and exposure records such as, but not limited to, COVID-19, TB, and medical evaluation records for respirator use, were not provided required information about the existence of the records, the person in charge of the records, and the employees' rights of access to their own records.
