29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact came closer than 10 ft. (305 cm) to any unguarded, energized overhead line: On or about March 20, 2022, at 817 Algeria Ave, Coral Gable, FL, 33134, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard when engaged in tree-trimming operations without training on the safety-related work practices related to working in close proximity to energized overhead power lines.

29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(2): 29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(2): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated over 50 kv, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact would not come closer to any unguarded, energized overhead line than 10 feet (305 cm) plus 4 inches (10 cm) for every 10 kV over 50 kV: On or about March 20, 2022, at 817 Algeria Ave, Coral Gable, FL, 33134, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard when cutting tree branches with an aluminum pole saw approximately 7 feet away from a 7.6 kV overhead power line.
