29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about March 17, 2022, jobsite located at 3080 E Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL, 34112, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard when working on a roof top performing smoothing of concrete with a 16-foot bull float approximately 6 to 8 feet away from a 7.6 kV overhead power line.
