29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii):The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5), prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck. On or about March 28, 2022, at a work location 929 Home Ave, Akron, Ohio 44310 (More Than Gourmet INC) the employer did not ensure the operators of 4 fork trucks (Jungheinrich Model #ETG216, SR AJ*5100070, Toyota Model 8FBE2OU, SR 18641, Combilift Model COMBI-WR, 53601, Toyota Model BHBW23, SR 8HBW23-54471) were properly trained and successfully completed training requirements prior to continuous operation.
