The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired:  a) Warehouse at bay doors 10 and 11: On or about April 29, 2022 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to a slip, trip and fall hazard in that there was corroded concrete and a metal plate that obstructed the employees use of the walking surface.
