29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece was used: (a) On or about March 28, 2022, and at times prior, at Transitional Care Unit (TCU), the employer failed to provide a fit test to all employees using a different N-95 respirator (3M 1870+). The employer required employees to wear N-95 filtering facepiece respirator to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
