29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about March 29, 2022 at a work site located at 806 Richmond St. Appleton, Wisconsin, the employer did not have a program to address construction hazards by having frequent and regular inspections of the worksite by a competent person. Workers were exposed to fall and other hazards at a jobsite where a competent person had not adequately inspected the work areas to address and eliminate hazards.
