Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a-  #37 Island Road, Mahwah NJ 07430:  CSHO observed employees engaged in framing activities and positioned at an unprotected framed edge in plain view of general contractor, exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16ft to the asphalt below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized . Condition observed on or about 03/30/2022
