Employers are responsible for making sure that employees that are working on residential construction projects are meeting the criteria for the fall protection plan that they have devised and complying with all requirements for said fall protection plan.  JP & Family, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375808, citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 83 St. Lawrence Street, Portland, Maine.
