(a) On or about March 29, 2022 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to caught-in and/or struck-by hazards where a Wilton Strands Machining Systems drill press, Model 20606, serial no 70632 was operated without a guard in the maintenance shop located at 3595 East Patrick Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: (a) On or about March 29, 2022 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to struck-by hazards where a standard air cleaning tool was used to clean parts and equipment with a supplied air pressure of approximately 120 p.s.i. in the maintenance shop located at 3595 East Patrick Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada.
