29 CFR 1904.30(a):29 CFR 1904.30 (a): The employer did not keep a separate OSHA 300 log for each establishment: a) Marine Corps Systems Command Quantico: On or about 03/29/2022, the employer failed to keep separate OSHA 300 logs for each establishment in that multiple establishments' injuries and illnesses were maintained on one OSHA 300 and 300a log for calendar years 2017- 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
