29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  On or about March 31, 2022,  on the westside of commercial building located in Houston, Texas,  an employee was  completing framing work to the exterior wall of a building from a  Z-33/18 Genie Aerial Lift basket without fall protection system.
