29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about March 31, 2022 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical and/or fire hazards where a relocatable power tap (power strip) was used to power appliances in the break room to include microwaves, coffee pot, toasters, and toaster oven located at 4340 Simmons Street, North Las Vegas, Nevada. REPEAT: Notice 1, Item 2, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to use listed or labeled electrical equipment in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard and same hazard on November 17, 2021, Inspection No. 1562969, date December 10, 2021 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
