OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) On or about 3/14/2022 - 2510 Baker Mountain Road, Grant, AL, employee(s) were exposed to struck-by hazards when performing right-of-way cutting. Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazardous condition would be to conduct a third party review of Right-of-Way safety practices and training and evaluate implementation of any proposed recommendations.
