29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about March 31, 2022, at a construction site in Spring, TX, employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from a Genie S-45 aerial lift to install waterproofing to the roof of a new constructed commercial building, without a personal fall arrest system or lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift.
