29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level shall be protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems:  (a) Evergreen Industrial, Ltd., 2246 Zurich Dr., Ft. Collins, CO 80524: On and before March 28, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that six employees installed metal roof panels onto a metal building without the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from approximately 18 feet to 30 feet.
