On or about March 31, 2022,  the employer did not provide an annual fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive. There were employees caring for COVID-19 patients on patient floors CWN 7, Shapiro 6W and the Emergency Department that had last been fit tested in the year 2020.
