29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a) Work site was located at 9 Peach Tree Court, Lakewood, NJ 08701 An employee performing exterior trim finish work was working from the top of a two frame high tube and coupler scaffold that was not properly set up as it was missing a cross brace on the lower level, had one bent cross brace on the lower level, wasn't fully planked and had planking that was in poor condition as it was weathered and cracked. Violation was observed on or about April 1, 2022.
