29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: Parking Lot, north side of building: On or about March 31, 2022, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while being elevated in a job-made wooden box, to perform electrical work, which was attached to the forks of a Skyjack telehandler, Model SJ1056TH, without manufacturer design and approval.
