29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 1331 East John Sims Pkwy, Niceville, FL 32578; On or about April 01, 2022 the employer exposed his employee to fall hazards in that an employee was allowed to work 16 feet above the ground (and greater) from an articulated boom lift without any fall protection (safety harness and lanyard).
