29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees were not wearing protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed when working in an area where there was a potential electrical hazard: a) At the jobsite, employees conducting maintenance work on the 4160-Volt Electrical Control Panel were not wearing fire resistant shirts and pants, full flash suits, hard hats, and arc-rated gloves and leather shoes, exposing the employees to the hazard of electrical shock and burns.
