29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a.) Tyson Poultry, Inc 460 S. Custer Road, New Holland PA - Waste Water Treatment Plant - On or about 3 April 2022, the employer did not provide within the work area, where workers are exposed to corrosive containing materials, suitable faculties for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body required for immediate emergency use. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
