29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) Jobsite, Laser Room, 200 Country Club Road, Meadowlands, PA 15347: Observed on or about March 23, 2022, live parts of electric equipment contained within a GE A Series Panelboard (480Volt, 3 phase) was not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i). Some openings on the left and right side of the panelboard were covered by duct tape. Employees using the panel board were exposed to the hazard of electric shock.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Press Room, 200 Country Club Road, Meadowlands, PA 15347: Observed on or about March 30, 2022, a yellow flexible cord that was plugged into a wall outlet (110 volt) was used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of the structure. The cord was being used to supply power to a light on a Bliss press marked HI45F. The cord was draped over pipes and conduits located along the wall and near the ceiling behind the press.
