The extended work shift Action Level for employees who work 9.5 hours  is  85.76 dBA.  The equivalent sound level of the measured dose is 91.85 dBA.   Sampling was performed for 570 minutes on 3/29/22.  This employee has been working in the Production Area since January 28, 2022.   This employee was not informed of the purposes of hearing protectors, and the attenuation of the types of hearing protectors, or on use and care of the hearing protectors.   Violation occurred on or around March 29, 2022
