The employer exposed the employee to these hazards by allowing the use of an electrical extension cord set that had a missing ground pin that was powering a "skilsaw" circular saw being used on site.

At a worksite located at 400 sw Nelson drive, Blue Springs, MO 64014, an employee was exposed to electrical hazards that included electrocution and electric shock.  The employer exposed the employee to these hazards by allowing the employee to use an extension cord set that had damaged insulation, as well as damage associated with improper strain relief.  The extension cord set was being utilized to power a skilsaw circular saw that was being used on the work site.
