29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. 111 Finderne Ave., Bridgewater, NJ - New Jersey Eastern Star Home   The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls.  Employees engaged in commercial roofing activities of a 7/12 pitch roof were not protected from fall by use of a guardrail system or personal fall arrest systems.  Violation observed on or about April 4, 2022
