29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  Location - 7 Weetamoo Way, Westford, MA.  On or about April 4, 2022, employees were not trained in hazard recognition.  Instance a) No guard on an angle grinder (employee suffered an injury).  Instance b) No silica training and or hazard awareness of silica exposure when cutting stone with wet saw that could not connect to water hose or when mixing concrete.  Instance c) Employer stated that employees onsite have not received safety training.
