29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about April 4, 2022, in the vicinity of 4401 Elk Ridge Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota, where the contractor did not ensure the sub-contractor provided a safe working environment for the employees in that employees were not using fall protection equipment during roofing operations.
