OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to a struck by or run over hazard:  a) Drop Lot, South Main Rd., Mountain Top, PA: An employee was using an International tractor to delivering a trailer to the repair facility. The trailer was offloaded at the top of a slightly sloped drop area and the tractor wheels were not chocked or otherwise secured to prevent movement or travel. As a result, when the tractor was released from the trailer, the tractor rolled forward down the drop lot, striking and rolling over the top of the employee resulting in fatal crushing injuries, on or about April 4, 2022.
