Nancy Deleon Enterprises, Inc., DBA NDL Restoration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1532563, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2021 with respect to a worksite located at 26025 N. Middleton, Mundelein, Illinois. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
