Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked. On or about April 6, 2022, MiTek Inc. did not have permanent aisles and passageways appropriately marked throughout the facility.
