29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   At jobsite located 24407 67th Terr Shawnee, KS, employees were exposed to  chemical hazards. Employee(s) engaged in framing activities were exposed to  injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.  Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to Grip-Rite Subfloor Adhesive and gasoline.

Employee(s) engaged in framing activities had not been provided training to recognize, evaluate, and control exposure to hazardous chemicals. Hazardous chemicals used onsite included but were not limited  to Grip-Rite Subfloor Adhesive and gasoline.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the jobsite located at 24407 67th Terr. Shawnee, KS, Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employee(s) engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 18 feet from the working surfaces to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.  SCA, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1511353, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-17-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 16935 Penrose Olathe KS.
