29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1):Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: a) JoAnn; back office area/storage room;- on or about 04/07/2022, and at times prior thereto, water was leaking through the roof and onto a 480/277V electrical panel box. (b) JoAnn; back office area/storage room;- on or about 04/07/2022, and at times prior thereto, water was leaking through the roof and onto a 120/280V electrical panel box. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(vi):Circuit breakers shall clearly indicate whether they are in the open (off) or closed (on) position. a.) JoAnn; back office/storage area - on or about 04/07/2022, and at times prior thereto, masking tape had been placed over individual circuit breakers in the panels. The tape prevented identifying whether the breakers were in the On or Off position. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
