29 CFR  1910.107(b)(5)(i):The spraying operations was not designed, installed or maintained that the average air velocity over the open face of the booth (or booth cross section during spraying operations) shall be not less than 100 linear feet per minute:  (a) Affordable Auto Body and Paint, LLC, 7795 SW Frontage Rd Suite #130, Fort Collins, CO 80528: On or before April 7, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the air velocity in the spray booth had an air velocity of at least 100 linear feet per minute. While turned on the paint booth had a velocity of 30 - 70 linear feet per minute. This condition exposes employees to respiratory hazards.
