29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On February 10, 2022 and times prior, employees performing roofing work on a 8 in12 pitched without fall protection were exposed to 10 foot fall hazards. The employees did not recognize the hazard or take action to minimize their exposure. Note) Certification of corrective action is needed for this item.
