29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) Timberlane, Inc. Production Floor - On or about April 7, 2022, the sides and upper portion of the table saw blade above the table was not completely enclosed by a guard. The guard in place did not automatically adjust to thickness of the material being cut.
