29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   (a) 990 Broadway, Dunedin FL, observed on or about 04/07/2022, employees receiving materials from the 2nd floor balcony on the west side of the building were exposed to a 14 foot fall hazard, in that an adequate temporary guard rail system was not installed. Guard rail system installed consisted of one rail installed approximately 36 inches in height.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:   (a) 990 Broadway, Dunedin FL, observed on or about 04/07/2022, employees entering and exiting the building were exposed to an approximate 4 foot fall hazard, in that, a hand rail was not installed. The stairway system consisted of  8 risers.
