29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about April 7, 2022, employees conducting carpentry working on a second story balcony on building #2 without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 4/10 feet. (b) On or about April 7, 2022, employees were installing sheathing on a two story building, building #7, without fall protection while exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 22 2/10 feet. The Selarom Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1552892, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/18/21, with respect to a workplace located at 19402 Rock Pointe Way Lannon, WI 53046.
