29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On or about April 7, 2022, on the northeast side of the site employees were performing sidings tasks adjacent to, and under employees installing siding from an aerial lift where the materials created falling object hazard for employees working on the ground.
