29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i): The employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to an employee which included the information required by 29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i)(A) through (m)(2)(i)(E) (Shipyard Reference 1915.154): a) At the Greenbrier-Gunderson jobsite, on and around 04-07-2022, the employer failed to retain records of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to employees by the host-employer and to provide a copy of such records to OSHA upon request.
