29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Compressed gas cylinders were stored inside of the building and were not protected from physical damage from vehicular traffic. Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1, Section 3.3.8 states: Protect cylinders from any object that will produce a cut or other abrasion in the surface of the metal. Do not store cylinders near elevators or gangways, or in locations where heavy moving objects may strike or fall on them.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: On or about April 7, 2022 employees were exposed to a fire hazards because oxygen cylinders were stored next to a liquid propane fuel-gas cylinders in an open area of the demolition site, without a noncombustible barrier.
