29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 4/6/22. at the roof area of the site, Amherst, NY. Employees, making a 2 feet by 4 feet wood frame for roof top freezer unit, were not protected by fall protection. The outside edge of wood frame was 5 feet 6 inches from edge of the roof. Employees were exposed to fall of 13 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
